If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. AnchorLine reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance.
2. Description of Services
AnchorLine provides professional coaching, consulting, and advisory services designed to support individuals in identifying personal and professional goals, developing skills and strengths, and creating actionable plans for growth and achievement.

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are as outlined in your engagement agreement. All fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule specified therein. AnchorLine accepts payment via the methods made available at checkout or in your engagement agreement.
5.2 Late Payments
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. AnchorLine reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the terms of your individual engagement agreement. AnchorLine does not provide refunds for services already rendered. In cases where services have not yet commenced, refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties acknowledge that in the course of the engagement, confidential information may be exchanged. AnchorLine will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information, goals, and session content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided to you solely for your personal development purposes within the scope of your engagement.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
AnchorLine's professional services are designed to support and empower clients. However, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, career advancement, or financial gains from the use of our services. Results depend on a variety of factors, including your individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms or any engagement constitutes a warranty of outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnchorLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
AnchorLine's total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AnchorLine in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
AnchorLine's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable engagement agreement. AnchorLine reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to fulfill payment obligations.
Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in New Jersey.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with your engagement agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnchorLine regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements.
